mark, We feel this review is entirely unfair. The order was seperated and damaged during shipping due to no fault of our own. And we went above and beyond to overnight you the seperated order & taking a loss on the order just to ensure our customers needs are taken care of.

mark, we did not forget a piece. It was lost in shipping by the carrier, then we went above and beyond after explaining this to you, and paid over double the price of the product just to overnight you the grill top so you could have it for your party and take care of our customer.
