I am not currently open for customs, due to the amount of time it takes to design them. If there is a certain idea you have for a design you'd like to see, I am open to suggestions for future items in the shop!
Do you allow returns/exchanges?
Generally, no. However if there was something wrong with your order or you are not completely satisfied, please let me know! I want to make sure you love your order every time.
Are your mouse ears compatible with _______'s headband/hatband?
I'm afraid I don't know for sure; I've never owned anyone else's. However, due to the way the design process works, I think it is incredibly unlikely that my ears would work perfectly with someone else's headband/hatband design.
Do your interchangeable ears attach with magnets?
No, my interchangeable ears attach with a slide on base. In my opinion, this makes them sturdier and less likely to fall off.
Do I really need to get this headband to make the ears work?
Not necessarily! I sell the ear bases as a set with the headband, but if you would prefer to use a different 1 inch wide headband of your choosing, I also offer the ear bases as a two pack without the headband.
I need my order sooner than the time quoted on the item. Is there a way to make this happen?
Most of the time, if you message me before placing your order, I can work in a way to get you your order faster than quoted times. There is a fee for this, because it requires me rearranging my schedule and existing orders. Additionally, the buyer must pay for Priority Mail shipping in order to give the package the best chance of arriving on time. Because of the way that Covid and other factors have impacted USPS, there are still certain instances in which getting your order to you by a very particular date is not possible. Even if you think it might be too short of notice, it never hurts to ask!
