• Please take your time to carefully read item descriptions, especially regarding sizes!

Care instructions

Hand wash, or in your washing machine on delicate program, with water T 30-40 Celsius. Squeeze it a little bit with your hands, do not twist! Then lay flat to dry.

Shipping

• If you order a gift and you want it to be delivered to the address of the person it is purchased for, please provide me with the address at the time of the order. All items are shipped to the address that comes with the order.
• Delivery time:
Maximum - up to 45 business days.

Gift wrap

• Orders are shipped in gift wrapping.
• Gift card with your text can be added to the gift packaging upon request.

Order cancellation

• Order cancellation is possible up to time of shipment. The taxes, fees (about 14% of the amount paid) and shipping expenses associated with the sale will also be deducted from the refund.

Return/exchange policy

•Full refund is possible only if the order arrived damaged or was lost in transit. If the order arrives damaged, please provide me with photo or video proof of it
•If the order is needed by a certain date, but does not arrive and the delivery date is within the delivery window, a refund is not possible. Please ensure sure that you read about delivery time in the listing description
•If after receipt of the order you decided you don’t want it anymore, then undamaged, unworn item(s) can be returned to me. In this case the customer is responsible for covering the shipping expenses. The taxes, fees and shipping expenses associated with the sale will also be deducted from the amount of the refund
•Used/worn item(s) are not eligible for return
