You get the pdf right to you the only thing that I was a little annoyed with is the pattern stated that you need specific amount of yarn. I went out and bought that amount of yarn but the project actually calls for I want to say 2-3 more spools of yarn... no biggie but it should be fixed with in the pattern... I say put the original amount and also say possibly more.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you wish to cancel or amend orders after payment has been received but before your items have been dispatched you can do so by contacting us.

If you wish to cancel or amend an order after payment and after your items have been dispatched you must wait for delivery and return the items within 7 days of receipt of delivery. All returns must be done at your own cost and risk and Goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and within the original packaging. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

We will offer you a refund of the full purchase price, including the cost of delivery for sending the goods to you, and the cost incurred by you in returning the Goods to us, if it:

- Is in a faulty condition

- Has been delivered to you in error

provided that you return the Goods to us and we are reasonably satisfied that the Goods have not suffered damage after delivery or have not been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or the problem is not due to normal wear and tear.

Refunds for non delivery and damage Goods made in transit are subject to Royal Mail compensation amounts and are given to you once we have received the confirmed compensation amount from Royal Mail.

Refunds for dissatisfaction in general of the Goods are given at the sole discretion of HappyBerry.
