I accept Etsy Direct Payment, and PayPal as payment. Payment is required at the time of checkout.

I am happy to reserve items for up to two weeks. Please message me if you are interested.
Shipping
DEFAULT SHIPPING - Is for continental US. Please message me for shipping quotes outside of the continental US. Default shipping does not include insurance. If you would like insurance, please message me for a quote before buying.

DEFAULT SHIPPING METHOD - USPS Parcel Post shipping - Please allow up to 14 days for Parcel Post delivery. Please message me for other delivery options and quotes

VALID SHIPPING ADDRESS - I will only ship to the address listed in PayPal. Please make sure that your PayPal address is correct and matches your ETSY address. If the addresses do not match, it can delay shipping while I sort it out.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION - Important shipping information can be found in each item listing. Shipping will occur within 3 business days of payment.

INTERNATIONAL orders - I am sorry, but at this time, I only ship to US and Canada destinations. S/H costs to other locations are prohibitively high for the types of vintage items I ship.

FREE Shipping Items - It is not my intention to make a profit on these items, rather I would prefer to "pay it forward" and share as many of these goodies with as many different people as possible. Because of the low cost involved I would like to make these sales as streamlined as possible and will not ship internationally on these items. Thank you for understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
Here at HBM, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, things can and do happen, and in those cases I am happy to accept returns under the following conditions...

Happy Blue Moon is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Most listings DO NOT include insurance as part of the shipping quote. See each item listing for specific details. Please message me for custom shipping quotes and any questions.

All our goods are sold "As Is". Items are in used condition unless specifically noted in the item listing. Please consider the item photos and descriptions carefully. If you have any questions about condition, size, color etc. message me prior to purchasing. I'm happy to answer any and all questions.

Returns are accepted within 10 business days, less the cost of shipping & handling. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Goods received must be in original, shipped condition.
Additional policies and FAQs
ITEM CONDITION - I sell items in the same condition that I find them (unless noted in the listing). I do not clean them up, or "fix" them, etc. There are two reasons for this...
(1) I'm not very good at cleaning/fixing items. I can't explain why, I'm just not. It seems that when I spend too much time handling an item, I break it. Believe me, I have learned that lesson the hard way, and things just aren't as cool when they are broken.
(2) Selling "as is" helps me keep prices low. Time is money and the more time I spend working with an item, the more I have to charge for it.
