CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

I partner with external print shops. Once your order has been sent to my print shop for production, it is NO longer possible for me to cancel or change your order.

You must request cancellation/changes *within 1 HOUR* of purchase (as I usually send orders to production quickly to have them fulfilled as fast as possible).

If you requested proofing when placing your order, changes must be requested before you approve your proof.

Once an order has been moved into production process, cancellation/changes are no longer possible.

DAMAGED ITEM PROTECTION

Orders are always carefully packaged for a safe arrival. However, postal incidents sometimes happen.

If an item has been DAMAGED during transit:
A free replacement will be happily created and shipped to you.

➤ CONDITIONS:
• You must contact me via Etsy Conversation WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT
• You must provide pictures showing the damage or defect.

LOST PACKAGE PROTECTION

Please keep in mind that postal delays can occur, and since those are out of my control, I cannot be held responsible for such delays.

If a package is officially declared as LOST IN THE MAIL by the postal services:
A free replacement will be happily created and shipped to you.

➤ CONDITIONS:
• Shipping will be made to the same address and via the same service as the original item (or if you prefer to upgrade, I will send you a PayPal money request for the added cost).
• Packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer are NOT covered by this policy.
• If tracking info states that it has been delivered, the package can unfortunately NOT be declared as lost (please see the "I CAN'T FIND MY PACKAGE" FAQ further below).

PROOFING (personalized orders)

If you request a PROOF:
Your digital proof will be sent to you within 48 hours via Etsy Conversation.

★ To ensure that orders are processed seamlessly, please make sure to approve your proof within 24 hours of receipt. Late proof approval will delay your order. ★

Once approved, changes to your order are no longer possible.

➤ IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU:
I will send you a reminder after 3 days. If no response within the 48 hours following the reminder, I will create and ship your item as is. Changes will no longer be possible. You will be responsible for any error or delay.

➤ IF YOU FORGOT TO PROVIDE SOME INFO:
I will contact you via Etsy Conversation. If no response within 1 week after your order date, I will cancel your order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure that the shipping address on your Etsy order receipt is complete and accurate.

If you realize there is an error in the shipping address, please contact me immediately via Etsy Conversation.

Please note that address changes are NO LONGER POSSIBLE once an order has been packaged and prepared for shipment.

Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for any issues, delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.

If the package is returned to me by the postal services, I will contact you to arrange reshipping. WITHIN 30 DAYS you will need to confirm the new address and pay the reshipping cost (after that, unclaimed returns will be discarded and a reprinting fee may apply).

PRODUCTION + DELIVERY TIMES + TRACKING

➤ PRODUCTION TIME:
Jan 1 - Nov 9 = 3-6 business days
Nov 10 - Dec 31 = 5-10 business days
Day you place your order = DAY 0

(or, if you request proofing, the day you approve your proof = DAY 0)
Business days = Monday-Friday (excluding weekend & holidays)

➤ POSTAL DELIVERY TIME:
• Standard shipping: ±3-6 business days
• Priority shipping: ±2-4 business days
Barring any unexpected postal delays
I cannot guarantee shipping carrier timelines.

➤ TRACKING:
Tracking is available on ALL packages :)

GIFTS

➤ GIFT WRAPPING:
Orders are carefully packaged. Please however note that I can unfortunately not accept requests for custom/special gift wrapping, since all items are packaged by the print shop I partner with, and in the same way to optimize the process and to comply with postal standards.
However, I can happily have a personalized note from you printed on the packing slip (see below).

➤ GIFT NOTE:
A personalized note can be printed on the packing slip - please provide your note in the gift message box at checkout when placing your order.

TRACKING SAYS THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND MY PACKAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?

• Check all entrances, sides of house, porch, yard, bushes, etc. in case your postman concealed the package.
• Check with all home occupants in case someone picked up the package and forgot about it.
• Ask your postman where/with whom they left the package.
• Check with your local post office.
• Contact USPS and ask them to look up the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan, to know exactly where the postman was standing when the package was scanned.
• Check with all neighbors.
• If applicable, check with manager, doorman, reception desk, mail sorting racks/boxes, etc.

In the rare circumstance the package is still missing, you can file a missing mail claim with USPS.
