1 out of 5 starsI ordered an item that after 3 weeks it had not even been shipped. I needed it for a special occasion and allowed 1 month to receive. The shop owner told me because of her vacation and personal reasons she was unsure if I would receive in time. Very disappointed!

Angela, I understand your frustration. Once again, I apologize and had some personal things going on after my vacation. I issued you a refund and apologized. I am sorry for the disappointment, but please remember these shops are ran by individuals who have lives outside of their shops, who have CHD's themselves and other things as well.
