Frequently asked questions
Do You Accept Custom Orders?
YES! Each listing has a Custom Order option. This allows you to customize the main text and subtext for each label. You must provide your list of label names and subtext in the personalization field at the time of purchase.
Please note that this option DOES NOT allow for changing the actual design or dimensions of the labels.
Can I request changes to my order after the order has been placed?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the hundreds of orders being processed through our shop per week, it is nearly impossible to keep track of special requests, changes to custom label lists, etc. through messages.
PLEASE make sure your order is correct and exactly how you want it BEFORE placing your order.
