Can I cancel my order?
At this time, cancellations are not accepted. Please review all product information thoroughly and reach out with any questions if need be before placing your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. If the item you receive is damaged or defective, send a message along with photos and we can work with the production company on providing a replacement.
What are the processing times?
Items can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to be produced and will generally arrive within 10 business days (up to two weeks from order date).
Custom and personalized orders
Please feel free to reach out with any ideas you may have on what you would like to see on a product - ie. if you like a certain t-shirt or pillow design but would like it on a mug or journal, or if you would like a certain design or product in a different color, etc. Depending on how busy I may be creating custom designs for folks, I cannot guarantee completion time, but don't hesitate to reach out with inquiries. I would love to customize for you as I am able!
Do you offer tracking and what about delays?
Once the item ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address that was provided at checkout. Shipping estimates are currently within 10 business days. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, carrier, or weather.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please send a message and any applicable photos and we can replace or refund. Normal wear and tear is not covered and anything out of the ordinary or unusual can be reviewed on a case by case scenario.
