Thanks for visiting Happy Nesting. Please look around and do let me know if you have any questions or requests regarding items for sale. Please read shop policies before making a purchase.
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Please note if you use eCheck through Paypal your order will not be shipped until the payment clears. Prompt payment is appreciated. If payment is not received within 2 days, I will convo you before relisting the item.
Items are shipped next day after purchase. Please keep in mind the postal service does not work on Sunday so allow an extra day if you purchase Saturday. Please contact me if you require a rush shipment and I will get a quote for you. Currently, I use USPS for all shipments. Please contact me if you need insurance (prior to purchase) and I will get a quote for you. All items will be carefully packed prior to shipping. Happy Nesting is not responsible for lost or broken items. Please note I will ship to the address that paypal has on file. Please let me know by convo if you need it shipped elsewhere.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges-I must be contacted and receive product back within 7 days of receipt. Vintage items are in "vintage" condition. Each item will have a detailed description and photos so that you can make your purchase with confidence. I take great care when making my hand-made items. If there is a defect that I have overlooked, please contact me. I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you require more photos of any item please contact me and I'll be happy to get them to you.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am happy to reserve an item for you for 24 hours. Please convo me to let me know that you would like a particular item to be reserved for you. Any other questions I haven't covered. Just convo me and I will get back to you.
Note about Expectations in regard to vintage items: As a reminder, items are vintage or handmade and should be handled with care, I carefully select shop items But…keep in mind that vintage items are used and therefore have some wear.
