Returns and Exchanges
As a general policy, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However if there is a problem with your order I will do all I can to make it right.
Sizing details
Standard Sizing:
Bandanas
Small - 15-17 inches
Medium - 20-22 inches
Large - 24-26 inches
This is the total measurement across the neckline, snaps are placed at 1/2" and 2" in from each corner
Bows
Medium 4-4.25 inches wide - for cats and dogs up to 25 lbs
Large 4.5+ inches wide - for dogs up to 65-70 lbs; for very fluffy dogs like shepherds and huskies get the next size up
XL 6 inches wide - for dogs 70+lbs or very fluffy large breeds, or if you just like extra big bows
Flower Sizing
Medium - 3.5-4 inches wide
Large - 4.25+ inches wide
For custom sizing on any styles please contact me, I'm happy to accommodate if I have the fabric available.
Care instructions
Bandana Care:
Hand Wash and lay flat to dry for best care.
All fabrics are pre-washed to ensure they are done shrinking, however machine washing is not recommended due to the snaps.
DO NOT DRY IN DRYER as snaps can melt.
We are not responsible for any damages done if the item is washed in washing machine.
Bow/Flower Care:
Hand wash/spot clean only!
