Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, I'm happy to accept a return or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and mail your item back within 21 days of delivery. Any product you return or exchange must be unused and in the same condition you received it. There are no exchanges or returns on custom or personalized orders.

Can you make custom orders?

I can accommodate most custom orders. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before beginning any custom order work. Please click the "request custom order" button on the home page, or contact me directly for more information.

How can I wash my item?

Wool items can be hand washed in lukewarm water. Gently submerge item in water with wool wash or gentle baby shampoo. Agitate gently with your hands, or leave to soak for a few minutes. Gently squeeze out excess water and suds. Never twist or wring.
Drain and add fresh water to rinse. Repeat until suds are gone and water runs clear. Place item in towel to squeeze out remaining water. Gently reshape and lay flat to dry.
