Welcome to Harber London, we founded our brand in late 2013, in our small flat in London. We put our hearts into everything we make, ever since the very first day, our intention have always been simple; we wanted to create that one brand we, as customers would love to buy from.

Although our objectives were clear-cut in our minds, we had no business experience and made lots (and lots!) of mistakes along the way, with the vision to create the ultimate product and an equally excellent buying experience. We based every decision on what we felt was right, working endless long days, late nights, made hundreds of product samples and sketched thousands of products designs (on the tube, spread across our bedroom floors- you name it, we've done it).

And then the adventure began. Travelling one city to the next in search for the best premium leathers we could see, touch and smell, to meeting the best artisans Europe-wide, and late night sore eyed researching every detail about varying leather qualities and tanning processes, until we could finally stitch together every piece of the puzzle to present to you now.

We love what we do and we do what we love; it has been one of the most difficult things we have ever done, but absolutely the most rewarding and exhilarating. So much care, attention and love has been invested into every product we offer; for us each piece is personal and we hope you make it yours, just the way we have made it ours. This is the Harber spirit: our personality, our constant strive to deliver, our passion to continually evolve with a view to bring the best of the best, and enjoying every step of the way.

We are a small family run brand based in London with a genuine passion for handmade leather goods.

Returns and exchanges
We offer a 30 Day returns policy so that you can feel confident with your purchase. In the unlikely event where an item has been delayed, 14 days upon receipt of your order to notify us. Buyer pays for return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Hello there!

We ship within one working day worldwide and in most cases same day from London, UK.

A) UK ORDERS:
- Free next business day, 1st class Royal Mail service.
- Next-Day guaranteed, This is a next business day guaranteed service with Royal Mail or UPS. Orders must be placed before 1400 hours local time. Once shipped, we cannot make any changes to your order.
- If you live in London, we might be able to offer you a Same-day delivery service, please contact us should you wish us to make the arrangements.

B) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

- Shipping Upgrades available at checkout* with UPS, FedEx or DPD:

Please provide your telephone number on the comments box. We will use your number and/or email to complete the courier shipping label. If there's any problem upon delivery of your order, the courier driver may attempt to contact you via telephone and ask you for further delivery instructions.

- All orders outside the UK are subject to a small shipping fee and delivery can range from 3 to 8 working days depending on your location.

- EU: 4.5 Tracked delivery (3-6 working days depending on your location)

- Everywhere else: 5.5 International Tracked delivery (3-8 working days depending on your location)

Kindly note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and can vary depending on your location, festivities, bank holidays around delivery location, weather, etc.

Should you need your order to be delivered within a specific time frame, then contact us and we will arrange for faster guaranteed delivery methods (FedEx or UPS)

Please note that buyer is responsible of any taxes and import duties due, as well as paying for returns.

From time to time, we reserve the right to change the delivery method used to ensure a better service can be provided at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to upgrading you to a faster service (in this case for free), or even changing from one courier to another.

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.

Although this may sound like a lot, we hardly ever experience any problems with deliveries and are always here to help!

We also offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products for your peace of mind.

We warrant to the original purchaser that our materials and craftsmanship are free from manufacturing defects. In the extremely unlikely event that your goods develop a fault, please email us at support [!at] harberlondon.com with some pictures and details. We reserve the right to offer a repair, an exchange for the same item (or “like-for-like” item if the same isn’t available) or a full refund.
The warranty does not cover any damages including, but not limited to: misuse or neglect, normal wear and tear, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, change in colour, acids, ink, oils, solvents, water or malicious damage (sorry about that).

This warranty does not cover any claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the product.

Kindly note, leather is a natural product, and as with all handmade items, there may be very minor imperfections.

I welcome custom orders and commissions! Please contact me with your requirements. Custom or personalised items sold by us are non refundable unless faulty.

THE SMALL PRINT!

If you are returning an item, all Items must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition when returning them.

You are free to use any packaging you wish provided that the items won't get damaged in transit. If the item is sent back to us without meeting this criteria, we reserve the right to send the item back to you at your own expense, or to issue a partial refund instead when the value of the item has been reduced by the customer, or damaged in transit for inadequate packaging. None of this apply when returning a faulty item.

Kindly note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the right delivery address. When an order isn't accepted by the customer upon delivery (or there's no one to accept it on your behalf) or it is returned to us, we reserve the right to ship it back to you for an additional small shipping fee, or ultimately to issue you a partial refund of your order minus our original shipping costs. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. In our own experience, this is very unlikely to happen, however we are always here to help and will always re-send all orders back provided that we can cover the costs of doing so, we hope that this sounds reasonable to you!

Alternatively, you have the right to cancel within 14 days upon receipt of your order. Buyer pays returns.

Kindly note that we intend to provide all order with fabric bags, however these are subject to availability and are not included in the packaging.
