What's ETSY? The first thing I said when daughter said "We should sell on Etsy"

The truth is I had never heard of Etsy. I have been a sign maker, contractor, woodworker, artist, and designer most of my life. The last few years I started looking for a business I could do from home that would not take such a toll on me physically as contracting has for several years. I also wanted something that I could do with my family and hopefully grow to a size that could support us as a full time business.

It is our goal to always provide you with the highest quality products. Refunds will be offered on standard products returned in a salable condition within 14 days of delivery. All custom made orders that we offer do not allow for returns or refunds. However if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason PLEASE CONTACT US! The bottom line is 100% satisfaction guarantee is our policy and to whatever extent we can work with you to achieve this goal we will.
Return shipping costs are sometimes an issue as to who should pay for the return shipping. We will have to make a determination on a case by case basis as to the practicality of return shipping compared to the cost of the product itself and the reason for the return.
Payments are accepted via PayPay or Etsy checkout. All orders are prepaid. Shipping time/s may vary based on the item. Taxes must be added for California residents and is based on ship to location. Due to the custom nature of the products we produce we do not allow for cancellations.

We like so many of us have seen a big change in the way we do business. The nationwide shutdowns associated with this pandemic have affected our supply chain in unpredictable ways. This could impact the scheduled completion and shipment of your orders. We cannot predict these changes and will take them day by day. If you choose to place an order with us we simply cannot guarantee that the ship by date will be a reality and some orders could be delayed for several weeks. Thank you for your continued support. The shipping method used for your order could be with any carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, Etc.) based on the best rate available for our basic shipping needs. When offering free shipping we will consider the most economical choice for standard shipping.

Free shipping on an order/s is achieved through the minimum purchase requirement to meet the specified number of items or dollar amount will include combined free shipping to one (1) address within our specified service area. This also applies to items offered on sale or through coupons. All items will be combined in a single shipment to a single location per order.

If you require a specific carrier or expedited shipping please let us know as these choices may involve additional charges.

We currently ship domestically and internationally on selected items.
We welcome custom order requests to foreign countries. We will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis and handle them via the custom order request option.

Please note: In an effort to streamline our processes we will send most shipments out on Mondays when possible.

A note about ON-TIME SHIPPING and the necessity to reschedule your shipping date. In most cases, we will ship your order by the scheduled ship date with no problem. That being said there are occasions when dealing with custom-made to order items that events occur that make it necessary to delay a shipment. When this happens we will reschedule your order with a brief summary as to why we moved the ship date. Please remember we want the products we send to our customers to be of high quality and sometimes it takes a little more time. We sincerely appreciate your patience on these occasions.

****IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT**** "Damaged Shipments"
We ship through various carriers and occasionally a shipment gets damaged in shipment. In most cases, the item is insured through the carrier. The customer is responsible for filing a damage claim with the carrier to receive a replacement item. Packaging materials and all related shipping documentation must be retained to file a proper claim. Harkway has no affiliation with any of the carriers we use and cannot replace any item damaged in shipment without a properly filed damage claim.

Note to international customers. All taxes duties or fees assessed by the country to which the product is delivered are the responsibility of the customer. Harkway metal art will not be paying these fees they are the customer's responsibility.
