Hello, welcome to my little creative space here on the interweb. I feel very blessed to be sharing my creations with all of you! I enjoy wearing something a little different, pieces that really speak to me & it's why I started making my own jewels. I do hope you feel the same & find a variety of unique items that speak to you too.
All of these creations are handmade by me, in my little house, where I try to keep as many inspirational items around as possible but my imagination really is the best inspiration of all. Thank you all so much for stopping by.

Welcome to Harmony Garden Designs policy guide, please read below before purchasing. Your satisfaction of every product purchased is my first priority. Just a reminder to read the description of each item before purchasing so you are aware of exactly what you are buying, example: size of pendants/length of chain/materials used, etc...

Payment

My accepted method of payment is Paypal.

Shipping

**Please make sure your address is current when making your purchase. I ship to your ETSY address**

Items are shipped from British Columbia Canada via Canada Post. Your parcel will be mailed out to you within 48-72 hours of receiving payment. As the post office is closed on weekends & statutory holidays. Orders made on these days will be sent out on the next business day.
I use Canada Post to ship all packages. Within Canada, your purchase will be shipped Letter mail. All US and International items are shipped by Light Packet Air.

***INFO FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS:
Your item(s) will be shipped light packet Air Mail. This DOES NOT come with tracking or insurance. If you would like these options DO message me before purchasing and I can give you a price quote. Please note that the normal mailing delivery from Canada to the U.S. is approximately 6-21 business days (not including the first day the item(s) is mailed) Please remember your parcel must travel though Canada Post, U.S. Customs and USPS before it arrives in your mailbox.

Please be reminded that the customer is responsible for any duty or customs charges. Also, I can not control any delays caused by customs.

By law I must add a customs declaration sticker to all parcels heading outside of Canada. This sticker will note the jewelry item(s) and price paid for said item(s).

***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Your item(s) will be shipped light packet Air Mail. This DOES NOT come with tracking or insurance. If you would like these options DO message me before purchasing and I can give you a price quote. Please note that the normal mailing delivery from Canada going internationally is approximately three to six weeks (not including the first day the item(s) is mailed) Please remember your parcel must travel though Canada Post, Customs and overseas before it arrives in your mailbox.
Please be reminded that buyers are responsible for any duty or customs charges that may be incurred on international orders. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as "gift" in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is considered a felony. Also please be aware that international orders can take up to six weeks to arrive. I know it can be a long wait but it can be such fun to anticipate the arrival of new pieces :O)

The shipping prices are for shipping and handling which includes the costs of postage, packaging and mailing.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are subject to the following restriction:
For sanitary reasons all earrings are a final sale & cannot be returned. I will provide a refund if an item arrives damaged or broken. This must be authorized by me as I am willing to fix items if damaged during shipping. This is a rare occurrence as all items are sent out bubble wrapped with care.
(Please note, I may ask for photo's of damaged or broken merchandise)

Please note, once discussed a refund may be given on items other than earrings. As there are seller costs at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the amount MINUS the re-listing/seller costs on said item(s).

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to reserve a listing or listings when requested. I will hold a reserve listing for 48 hours, after that if the item(s) is not purchased it will be re-listed for all shoppers.

If for any reason you have a concern with any item you have purchased please message me as soon as possible & I will make my best effort to help with a solution.
For sterling silver pieces to continue looking their best I recommend you store them in an air tight bag & when need be use a dry jewelry cloth to gently polish.

My home is a smoke-free environment, but I do have pets. My supplies remain put away in sealed containers when not in use, but if you have pet allergies or are very sensitive to dander, please be aware :O)

***Please avoid washing, exercising/strenuous activity or showering with jewelry on as this could cause damage*** (sorry, but I am not responsible for everyday wear & tear on pieces)
