In an effort to keep our pricing competitive we do not offer proofs. The increase in administration and communication time required for proofs would result in an increase in pricing and an increase in production turn around - we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

For physical items we try to ship out within three – five business days of receiving clear payment, but these times can vary.

Right now our production schedule is as follows. Orders placed BEFORE 9AM PST on TUESDAY will ship out that Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed AFTER 9AMPST on TUESDAY will ship out the following week on Wednesday,Thursday or Friday.



Your item will arrive to you carefully packaged using as much recycled materials as possible. Please be kind to the planet and recycle the packaging.



Because we offer truly customized products, Hart Gift Co items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If there is a mistake on our end we will replace the item free of charge.

Please be aware that Hart Gift Co does its best to represent the colors of all products in our pictures. All screens display colors slightly differently so be aware that the colors may be different in real life. Also keep in mind our images are all shot with studio lighting, not daylight.

We have recently started using Sendle to ship all Canadian orders. Sendle partners with private couriers to deliver packages (with tracking) within 7 business days. This service is cheaper than Canada Post which is why we use it to save you money. If you prefer to use Canada Post Expedited you can select the upgrade during checkout, but it is often double the cost!

USA orders ship out of Blaine, WA via USPS first class mail (2-10 days).

We are in Vancouver, Canada and we use a courier that drives over the border allowing us to ship from the states so that you get your order faster and can take advantage of the USPS rates which are far more reasonable than Canada Post.

We offer the ability to upgrade to USPS Priority 1-3 Days during checkout- if you're on a tight deadline we highly recommend upgrading to USPS Priority.

THE REMOVAL OF THE DEMINIMIS EXEMPTION HAS HEAVILY IMPACTED US AND SOME PACKAGES END UP DELAYED AND REROUTED. THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL SO PLEASE ANTICIPATE THE POSSIBILITY OF DELAYS. All our items are handmade in Canada and CUSMA compliant so you won't pay any tariffs.

All international orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International.
Packages come with tracking but it's up to the recipient's country's mail system to decide whether they will use those tracking numbers. This means that once it leaves the USA, unless your country has partnered with USPS for tracking, you won't see further updates until it arrives at your door.

Shipping times vary greatly depending on the country and as a rule of thumb we recommend allowing UP TO 9 weeks for shipping (JUST IN CASE!). Covid-19 has resulted in some country's taking over 2 months to deliver packages! We insure all our packages so we can file a claim if it's lost but in most cases it's severely delayed due to the pandemic. We appreciate your patience.

Shop with confidence, we are still making & shipping during this global crisis. It's just 2 of us in the studio and all our materials/supplies have been in our studio for months if not years.

Please expect that there may be some shipping delays outside our control given that some countries have altogether stopped receiving mail.

You can do initials, words, dates - you name it! Just keep in mind that they are 3/4" in diameter so too many characters and it'll be way too small to read. Keep in mind that custom graphics need to be ordered through our custom image cufflink listings.

Any graphics will need to be sent to us in advance so we can confirm that it's something we can do. Please don't ask us to engrave a picture of "___" - you must provide the graphic yourself. ((Since, for example, if you ask us to engrave a picture of a carrot, you may not like that particular image of a carrot. We can't spend hours hunting for all the different ways a carrot can be depicted or the price would have to increase.))

The dates below are the latest you can place your order to ensure it arrives in time for Christmas but this IS NOT guaranteed due to the possibility of delays outside of our control.
