Combining my real estate industry knowledge and creativity to create unique real estate sign riders

Nothing about Harvey Homes Designs sign riders are average, just like nothing about your business or listings are average. There is nothing wrong with using vinyl lettered riders, which is why we all have them. It is just that, we all have them and they all look the same. I got tired of just getting the job done and wanted to take it to the next level. After working in the real estate industry for 18 years I just wanted different, something that gave my listing personality. I took my love for paint and design and started creating riders.
What if you had something that was hand painted just for your listing? A sign that is just as unique as your listing and showed the extra effort in selecting something that isn’t standard. We tell our clients the importance of making first impressions yet as Realtors, most of us don’t stop to think about our first impression, or second, or third or more. Our signs see a lot of traffic. Why not top off your sign with a sign rider that shows you know how to stand out? What is your listings personality? Customizing your real estate sign rider is the first way to show that your listing isn’t average and neither are you!
Each sign rider goes through a multi-step process. Each sign is cut to order from lightweight PVC by our sign provider. We then design each sign and begin laying them out. Once satisfied with the design we prep the sign. We then give it the first coat of paint. I seal that next with a sealant. The next layer of paint goes on, which is where we hand paint each sign to give it a chalky, unique look. That is then sealed with our protective sealant to keep your sign safe from the elements.

In between running my own real estate brokerage and homeschooling our son, I love to create and paint! This "hobby" has evolved into a second business that brings me immense joy!
