The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
if you receive an item that is unsatisfactory or damaged in transit it must be reported within 72 hrs of of receiving to qualify for a refund. You can return your item within 14 days of its receipt by REGISTERED MAIL (so that can be tracked) as long as it is undamaged and unworn. You will be refunded as soon as I receive the return (with the same payment method by which you paid).
Shopping costs for returns are NON-refundable, unless your item was initially faulty - in that case I will refund your return postage cost.
Lost Packages: International package is not considered lost until after 50 days have passed from posting date. In case if the package is not delivered after 50 days since posting date refund is processed.
Unclaimed packages: In case tracked order is unclaimed and returned, the refund is issued upon receipt for the item itself minus the cost of return.
Orders Damaged in Shipping: If an item arrives damaged, please save the item and all the packaging. Photos must be provided of damaged item and packaging for insurance claim. In the case of shipping damage, item will be replaced or refunded in full once photos and insurance information has been provided.
I am not responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after they are confirmed as delivered.
Payment
I accept PayPal.
However you don't have to create PayPal account to make a purchase. Once you selected your items and are ready to pay, click on Check out with Paypal. Instead of creating a Paypal Account, click on ‘Pay with a debit or credit card‘.
Shipping
Items in stock will be sent within 1-3 business days after payment is cleared.
Item will be sent to Etsy address you provided.

Worldwide shipping.
I ship by Russian Post standard airmail. Please note that signature is required for a parcel delivery from Russian Post.
Estimated shipping time for international orders is 10 to 35 business days, for domestic orders is 5 to 10 business days. Factors such as weather, delayed logistics, holiday periods and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.
Please consider any tax or custom fees that you might have to pay in your country.
Buyers in the EU will be charged VAT + handling fees of shippings from outside the EU, if the total value (including shipping) is above a certain amount, which differs between countries.

Care instructions for your knit hat

CARING FOR YOUR KNIT HAT
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Before washing your hat, make sure you remove the fur Pom by detaching the popper. DO NOT wash the fur Pom.
Hand wash your hat with warm water and add a drop of shampoo or neutral wool detergent before soaking for 10 minutes max.
Do not use washing detergent or soap. Machine washing is not recommended. Gently squeeze out excess water, roll article in towel to remove excess moisture. Do not twist or wring. Lay flat to dry on clean dry towel.
When you receive your hat, shake your Pom for full volume.
If the fur gets wet during rain or snow, shake the Pom and hang it to dry upside down in a well ventilated room. Never use a hairdryer.

Care instrustions for your raffia crochet hats and bags

Use small amount of water to spot clean, only if required. If absolutely necessary, rayon raffia items can be washed in warm water and mild detergent without soaking and then re-shaped by following these steps:
1. Stuff the crown with plain white or non-stained tissue paper.
2. Using a domestic iron on the ‘steam’ setting, steam the outer and inner sections of the hat until warm and slightly moist to touch.
3. Re-form the hat to the desired shape.
4. Allow to cool and dry in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight.
