We have been selling ladies hats and fascinators in the UK for about 16 years now. Most of our designs can be made in many colours and we are always happy to add extra colours to suit your outfit.

We now have Etsy checkout for all purchases.
Shipping
We aim to post all orders within 1-2 business days of posting depending on the time of year. If you live in the UK Recorded delivery is 2-3 days, and Special Delivery is next day. If you live in USA, Australia or elsewhere in the world our standard postage takes 10-14 days so please allow enough time for delivery. If you hat or fascinator is too large to be shipped overseas using Royal Mail, the only option for shipping will be UPS expedited service.

We can ship this fascinator all over the world, and if you need it really fast we also offer 3 days service to most places in the world using UPS Express Service. If you need your hat or fascinator quickly please use this option. If you have a specific date that it needs to arrive by PLEASE state this when you checkout and we can send you the correct link for express postage.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns on most items within 2 weeks of receipt. The only exception to this is custom made orders which we do NOT accept returns for.

We check all items before they are sent to ensure they are in perfect condition. However if you find that wish to return an item you may return new, unopened items please email us on delivery and state that you wish to return the item.

Custom Orders:
For custom made orders which include the addition of a different colour, changing of feathers, adding a new colour (basically any multicolor hat or fascinator that differs from the original listing) feather or change to the original design we do not accept returns so please be sure you are ordering what you want, ask questions and request samples. If the original listing is multicolored and you request new two tone or tri tone hat this will fall under this exception. We do this because it makes that hat or fascinator extremely difficult to resell.


Due to the personal nature of the items we will only refund items that have been returned to us in original condition with the tags attached and in original packaging.

When you receive your item you will clearly be able to see colour, style, quality without removing our labels. Each item comes with tamper proof security tags. If these are found to be altered, broken, or tampered with for any reason (including but not limited to trying on, damaged in the post, broken on arrival etc.) the item will be considered to be worn and we will be unable to issue you with a refund.

The cost of return postage is paid by the buyer unless it is a result of our error such as you received an incorrect item. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 days of the item being back with us. Please ensure you use a recorded method of delivery as if we do not receive the item back we can not issue you a refund. Please contact your bank for specific processing times as this may vary with the institution.
