Where do I begin with this purchase? A)Do I start with the incredible communication,& how Sherry kept me informed,beginning with ordering the special blue eye for the centerpiece of this amazing choker,thru production,and a ship date & tracking # thru a personal message? B)Or do I start with the unbelievable creativity,artistry,and quality of Sherry's creations?When the word GORGEOUS is used in the description,believe me that is NO exaggeration!! This piece is STUNNING!!!You could wear this choker with a black dress or with jeans.Totally versatile. C)Then I can start with the incredibly fast shipping,the stunning packaging,& the generous and lovely gift Sherry included to me. The best way I can truly start is by Thanking Sherry for an amazing experience and recommending her shoppe to everyone <3

Hi and Welcome to my shop,

I would like to let you know that I have been working with semi precious and precious gems and jewelry for over 17 years now.

I truly love creating my own jewelry. Over the past years, I have created jewelry for all my friends and family and one day, my beautiful daughter-in-law, Tara, asked me why not try to have your own shop. I have been working with Tara now for the past year or so making minis with her for her shop: 19thdayminiatures. We started talking and I thought that I would branch out and open a shop with my own creations in jewelry. Some of my jewelry will be Haunting and some will be Elegant hence the name "Haunted Mansion Jewels". I hope that everyone will stop by and check out my store. I work with wire wrapping and intergrating semi precious gems into some my jewelry. I am really excited and would love to hear any comments that you may have. I also have a blog, if you would like to check it out and see what I have made in the past it is: 19thdayminiaturessherrys.blogspot.com and my daughter-in-law, Tara, also has a blog: 19thdayminiatures.blogspot.com. She is very faithful in keeping up on all her current projects with pictures and descriptions of her work in progress. Tara is truly a fantastic artist, who has a God given talent and has the most wonderful creations. I cannot issue refunds or accept returns, so please make sure you want the items before you click the buy button. Why put us both through a case of buyer's remorse? I think this rule is more than fair :)

Payment plan rules:

I am flexible on payments, if you need to work out a payment arrangement with me then just ask. Believe me, I know how life gets sometimes. However, due to a few taking an extra long time to pay for held/layaway items, the time allowed for an unpaid hold/layaway is only 3 days now. After that time, the item will be taken off reserve and once again be available to the general public for sale. Should the time frame expire without a payment, a hold or layaway will not be available to you again. 3 days maximum without communication about what's going on will be allowed before the layaway is cancelled and whatever money paid in is non-refundable. If you don't make your payments on time, this is not my fault :( After the 3 days, the layaway is cancelled and the item will be relisted for general sale! No previous payments will be refunded. Communication is key to a successful transaction. Just let me know what's going on. And I am sorry I cannot give people more time, but I have to know you are serious about the purchase. While the item is being held, someone else might have wanted or purchased the item and I will have lost a sale. So to be fair to me, this is the way it must be now :( Thanks for stopping in :)

My policy on custom orders or layaways is this: if we agree by email or the convo system on a payment agreement and you end up not fulfilling the terms of the agreement we had already mutually agreed upon, then the offer is null and void. Any money that you have paid into it as a payment on your item is non-refundable. 3 days maximum without communication about what's going on will be allowed before the layaway is cancelled and whatever money paid in is non-refundable. A lot of work as well as time and money is invested into the making of a jewelry piece. If you order something, pay some (or none) down on it and then never finish paying for it-I am out money and time. I feel it is only fair that I be somewhat compensated for my efforts. As I said, someone might have purchased it while it was on hold for you and I will have lost a possible sale. The item will not be shipped, any money sent to me for the order is non-refundable.

***The item will not be shipped until all payments are paid in full including shipping costs. When you have finished paying everything I will immediately ship your item/items out to you.

It can take me up to four days maximum to ship your items, so hopefully you can understand! It will never be longer than that unless you're waiting on another item to be shipped with your purchase from me. If you'd like shipping insurance to protect your package, please contact me. If you choose not to purchase it, I cannot be held accountable for any damages. I pack everything extremely careful. If you need faster shipping email me before you buy what you're looking at and I will upgrade the shipping option to priority and add the expense of the upgrade to the shipping price. If I ever find I've overcharged for shipping I'll refund the difference. All of my items will have a Confirmation Delivery with it, so that you may track your shipment. Usually I find I've undercharged if anything though :o

Contact me for custom item inquiries. I sometimes don't list items with international shipping but if you really love something contact me and I'll go to the post office and they can calculate a shipping and I can give you the quote, wherever you are. BUT-if I do ship outside the US and you aren't willing to pay for registered/priority mail at the higher price and it gets lost, I cannot be held responsible and any customs fees are yours to pay. I cannot take a loss on items that are shipped cheaply and lost in transit. If you want the cheapest shipping and they lose it, I really feel it shouldn't be considered my fault. These things take me awhile to make and there is often money invested in them as well. So if you decide to take the risk on shipping inexpensively then that's what it will be, your risk. I will keep the shipping information from the post office and they do have a package tracking form you can fill out if the package gets lost. So if it does get lost, there is hope it will be found. As long as you understand these terms, I will consider shipping internationally. Thank you!
