5 out of 5 starsIt came with a small pdf that took me to the workbook. It also had bonus links to meditations and stuff. It was quick and easy! I am able to upload it using my sell phone and imported it into the Adobe Acrobat app. There are a lot of fun and simple activities to try, and I am looking forward to tracking my level of happiness. Thank you LaLa!
