Returns and exchanges
I want you to be HAPPY!
If you are dissatisfied for any reason please contact me with-in 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Payment
I prefer PayPal as it always allows for a smooth & simple transaction.
If you don't want to use PayPal or can not get PayPal to work for you I can easily process a debt or credit card over the phone. Once you make your selection leave me a message in the box on the check out order and I will email/convo/call you(whatever you prefer) so we can set-up the details.
I will reserve an item for up to 3 days. I will assume you are committing to purchase the item if you ask me reserve it for you. If you don't checkout and/or I don't hear from you by the end of three days I will relist the item.
Shipping
Shipping terms are listed on the items most are sent 1st class mail.... Most of the time I ship with-in 24 hours (usually same day) but only after payment is received/approved. Some pieces are made to order so they may take a few days longer.

Special Note About Glass:
All glass can break. I have taken care in designing/constructing the pieces so they are not too fragile and my pieces have been properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln, they should last a lifetime. However, when putting on this jewelry, I advise people not to stand over the sink or over a tile floor. (Please be careful in allowing children to wear glass jewelry) When traveling it's important to wrap pieces separately (don't just toss em' in a jewel bag!)

The colors will never fade or change!

***Please note: on the post earrings, I often use a flexible glue that will hold forever but, there may be a bead of glue on the outside of the back where the metal and glass are bonded, please don't remove that as the bond could possibly be broken
