Thanks for stopping by my shop! Haute Vintage Jewels started from my personal love of high-end, vintage designer jewelry. The shop has grown considerably in the last couple of years, and I now offer an extensive collection of vintage designer costume, sterling, and gold jewelry, and also antique pieces. There's truly something for everyone in here!

Vintage and antique jewelry has a quality and appeal that just can't be recreated today. Jewelry from the 40's through the 80's captures the essence of each decade, and takes us back to the times of movie star glamour, sock hops, drive-ins, flower children, disco, punk, and heavy metal. Antique jewelry takes us even further back in time and whenever you wear those exquisite gems, you share a little piece of our history with the world! Bottom line, It's fun to wear and its a great conversation starter!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
US Customers: We do accept returns. Please contact me and within 7 days of your item delivery to discuss a return. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items returned must be carefully re-packed in their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to preclude damage in transit. Buyers pay return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number. Refunds will be provided after the item is received in its original, undamaged condition.

EU Customers: EU customers have 14 days after receipt of their purchase to return an item. EU customers must contact me within that 14-day period to initiate a return. Return postage is payable by the customer and must include a tracking number which will be conveyed to me when the item is shipped. The item also must be safely re-packaged and returned in its original condition. The funds will be reimbursed when the item is received in good order.
Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card or Paypal and is required at checkout. No personal checks or money orders accepted. Virginia sales tax will be added to purchases from Virginia residents.
Shipping
Items will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise noted.

US PURCHASERS PLEASE NOTE: Items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Items with a value above $50 will be shipped with insurance. Tracking numbers will be provided when items ship. If the US postal service fails to deliver a package within 15 days of shipment, please contact us to discuss a refund. If a refund is processed, buyers will be asked to provide a statement to support seller's insurance claim. If a lost item is eventually delivered after the refund, we respectfully ask that you contact us for instructions on how to remit re-payment.

All international shipments will be sent USPS First Class International with insurance. Please note that I am not responsible for any custom fees that your country may charge on your purchases. If customs fees are not paid and the item is returned to me, a refund will only be provided for the item cost. Shipping paid for the item will be retained to cover my cost of shipping the item to you.

It is common for the international shipments to take two weeks or more for delivery due to various shipment modes and customs processing. Please keep this in mind if you are a non-US customer.

If the US/international postal service fails to deliver a package within 30 days of shipment, please contact us to discuss a refund. Native American Jewelry Policy-

In order to comply with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990 (P.L. 101-644), only jewelry pieces that have been authenticated through the identification of artist signatures are listed as Native American, Navajo, Zuni, Hopi, etc. in this shop. All others, despite their Native American characteristics, are identified only as Southwestern. We strive to properly identify Native American jewelry artist signatures which are authenticated through research of published Native American hallmark books by Bille Hougart and/or through the use of internet hallmark identification sites.
