I also asked if she could add detachable off-the-shoulder sleeves for an additional cost, and she was happy to accommodate the customization. I placed a rush order, and she still delivered it earlier than expected. She listened to all of my suggestions and incorporated them beautifully into the final design. The craftsmanship is excellent, and everything turned out exactly as I had hoped. I would happily order from her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a beautifully made, customized piece.

I understand there could be other issues but that caused a lot of confusion and stressed. I love the quality of the dress and everything is very well made! I highly recommended it.

Olena really listens to any changes you ask for I asked for the slit to be closed and it was done exactly how I wanted. I’m so happy with the dress! It’s honestly my dream dress and looks exactly as described. 🤍 I definitely recommend ordering from this shop. I’ll also be ordering the gloves to complete the look! ✨

There were some issues with the shipment of the dress being delayed a couple of times that were pretty stressful, but I think they have learned from the experience and will have a better handle on things in the future. The dress itself is incredible. Very, very well constructed with quality material. It's on par (or even better) than the most of the dresses I tried on in the bridal boutique. Olena was very sweet and helpful in messages and never made me feel like the customizations I wanted were impossible or caused any trouble. I got custom sizing as well, so it's no surprise that it fits perfectly, but it fits even better than I thought it would. I would recommend Olena and her shop to anyone!
