This is the fourth or fifth baby blanket I have ordered from Have Faith Boutique!!! Every mom and family or friends have ohhh'd and ahhh'd over these blankets. They are my favorite baby gift to give!!!

I have ordered many blankets from Venus and everyone of them have exceeded my expectations. I have seen so many negative reviews lately but I will say I just ordered from her when the shop had reopened and once again she did an outstanding job. I will continue to order from her shop. Thank you again for your work and making such precious baby shower gifts.

Ordered this Dec 3, 2022 it’s Feb 2023 & still havent received this. When this was ordered shop was not on vacation. I contact shop no response. I contacted shop again they sent over item to review and never heard back from them.

Item never shipped, received. Tried several times to contact seller with no replies. Have done business with before and was great. Hope all is well not the normal service. I really wanted the item I ordered.

This is not correct. His name is Lucius Joel. This order was placed on December 3rd and was shown to deliver by the 12th of Dec. It was paid for and I have proof. It is now Jan. 25 and I have heard nothing about my order. This was supposed to be a baby shower gift before the baby was born. He is now almost 1 month old. I am a returning customer for a baby blanket. The first time I ordered, Venus was so helpful and excellent with the communication. This time around I am so disappointed. I received a communication around December 12th or 13th saying my blanket was going into production. I have not received any shipping updates or tracking. I have reached out once a week since the initial communication with zero response back - I just get the notice that the shop is on pause. While I understand putting the shop on pause, communication to current customers who have pending shipments should still be replied to. I’m very disappointed this time.
