We accept custom orders, you can send us a photograph of your dress or outfit to better advise you.

The term of elaboration of these orders is superior to the one of the exposed ones in store being able to arrive at 2 weeks. Please, make your request well in advance to specify all the details before making the firm purchase.

Custom orders do not allow cancellations or returns. At all times we will send photos of the materials, colors and evolution of the design so that you can give your approval before sending the article.

Wholesales are accepted. Write us a message indicating the items you are interested in and quantities, we will reply as soon as possible confirming availability, delivery time, applicable discount and shipping costs.

All bulk orders must be paid in full to begin the crafting process.

For the perfect conservation of Glo & Sons items, it is advisable to store them in the brand boxes in which they are sent, in a dry place away from direct light without putting any weight on them.

Under no circumstances should the pieces be wet or damp, avoid exposing them to perfumes or hairspray, and do not try to modify the design or elements of the pieces.

All orders are packaged with care and care so that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

In the larger hats, a hat box is included that protects the piece during the entire trip and is used to keep it at home or as a gift.

At Glo & Sons we are respectful of the environment. Our packaging is made with recycled paper without chlorine treatment and free of plastics.

If you want to include a note or the recipient's name on the packaging, write us a message with the text.

Our creations are usually one size, if there are size options they will be included in the article's advertisement.

The measurements of each item are specified within the ad. If you need to modify the measurements please write to us to quote the new size.
