Welcome to HavenDawnDesigns. My name is Denise. I've been creating beautiful jewelry since 2008.
I work full time at a local university and come home to my all time favorite part of the day to create beautiful pieces just for you.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom made orders with personalized names and designs. However, if there is a flaw in production please contact me.
We do not refund for any custom made purchases or shipping fees.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in most cases. Returned items should be in original packaging and in unworn condition.
Lost items are only considered lost if tracking does not show delivered.
Lost packages will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
I will make every attempt to locate your package through the postal service.

If insurance is requested please let me know so insurance can be added to your total cost of item(s).
If payment is made with an "e-Check" through PayPal, the purchased item will be mailed once payment is cleared through PayPal. (approximately 3-4 days) before shipping.
INTERNATIONAL Buyers will be responsible for any additional taxes with customs relevant to their particular country.
Please remember that International orders can take anywhere from 10-30 business days to arrive.
It's possible that customs in particular countries may take longer.
I will provide you with a copy of the receipt sent through convo on Etsy once your item is mailed.
