- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at orders [!at] hawkandsquirrel.co within 24 hours to open a claim. Please include photos of the products so we may assess the situation. If you are eligible for a replacement, we ask that you send the original back so we may assess it's condition.
All payments must be received in full before orders will shipped and all sales are final.
If there are any special delivery needs, please contact us and we will work with you to fulfill them. Additional charges may apply for special delivery.
Please make sure your address information on the order is correct, as this is the only address we will accept for shipment. if there is a mistake on the order's shipping address, contact us immediately. If the buyer supplies an incorrect shipping address, any delays or costs associated with re-shipping packages or loss of goods are the buyer's responsibility.
