CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED orders
Every item that you purchase from us is SPECIFICALLY made for YOU so we DO NOT accept returns.
Please be sure to read the item description for measurements and details. SIZING IS UNIQUE TO OUR ITEMS. If you still need help with sizing, please contact us BEFORE ordering.
If there is a mistake/error with your order that was our fault (it is possible!) please reach out asap and we'll send you a new item.
MONOGRAMS || EMBROIDERY || CUSTOMIZATIONS
For monogrammed orders, please include your details in the "note to seller" box when checking out.
Monogram & customization options vary by item, details can be found in the DESCRIPTION of each item. We cannot send embroidery proofs.
NOTE: Removing lace will shorten item length/sleeves.
LINING and INNER TIES for our robes
LINING:
Lining is available for our White cotton robes with lace trim only.
You can add the lining by including the following listing when you check out.

INNER TIES:
Our cotton robes do not come with inner ties standard - if you'd like inner ties added, please include a note with your order (there is no charge to add the ties - but you must request them, and it will add additional time to production).
Children's sizes do not have inner ties (because they are designed to fit a range of sizes/heights)
RUSH || READY to SHIP || DELIVERY TIMES & SCHEDULING
ETSY will automatically generate an ESTIMATED ship date when you place your order. Monogrammed + customized orders take a few days longer, please plan accordingly.
Need your order by a specific date? Please check lead times and reach out before ordering if you need it faster.
We can do last minute orders (within 1-2 days), contact us BEFORE ordering to arrange a RUSH.

US orders ship with FedEx or UPS home delivery (1-7 days transit): you can upgrade to overnight for an extra fee during checkout on READY TO SHIP listings.
TAX & DUTIES if you're outside the US
Orders outside of the United States MAY be subject to local duties and taxes (this varies by location & order total). They are YOUR responsibility. These are not shipping costs, but your local taxes (looking at you CANADA!). Please check with your local post office to see if you will be subject to additional taxes/duties or customs fees in order to receive your items.
Shipment costs are completely paid in FULL by us when the items are tendered to the US Postal Service or FedEx/UPS. We will not refund or cancel any purchase refused or returned due to failure to pay proper local tax.
You MUST provide a contact telephone number (for shipping purposes) if you are outside the US.

REGULAR and PETITE sizes are only available for our Cotton/ivory lace trimmed robes at this time. (all other robe styles can be made shorter by special request only)
CARE instructions
You WILL NEED TO IRON your robe prior to wearing, since they are shipped rolled, they will be wrinkled when you unwrap them.
All our velvet, charmeuse and satin robes can be machine washed, gentle cycle, cold, hang dry. Iron as needed, (medium hot iron). Washing machines may vary, so take care or wash by hand.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND MACHINE WASHING ANY OF OUR COTTON ROBES. They will shrink. For best results, please dry clean.
DO NOT MACHINE WASH ANY ROBE WITH EMBROIDERY. Embroidered items should be dry cleaned.

Pashminas & Robes: We currently do not offer swatches of our robe or pashmina fabrics.
The tie pictured with the blue suit is the PALE PINK silk dupioni necktie, medium width with a WHITE silk pocket square.
SHIPPING & TRANSIT
Standard shipping is with FedEx or UPS Home delivery (Ground) for US orders, typical transit is 1-7 days once picked up. US orders over $35 ship for free.
Transit times with home delivery/ground fedex are NOT guaranteed, Fedex will ONLY guarantee 2 day or overnight shipping times. If you are on a tight timeline, please message us prior to ordering, and UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for return & re-shipping on exchanges.
All items ship insured. Shipping insurance will not cover deliveries stolen from your location after a confirmed delivery. (You can contact fedex directly to request a package be held for pickup at no cost)
