The engraving plate I ordered was done quickly, efficiently, and in a very nice quality. The cost was very reasonable and the results were exactly as expected. The engraved plate has now been mounted onto the selected surface with the mounting tape provided and has greatly enhanced the wood display case of my project. Thank you for the great work!

The first batch of order was lost in the mail I waited for 2 months and contacted Michael right away. Previous orders were just a month or so waiting period. Michael was kind enough to send replacements free of charge and this time with tracking. Unlike the initial order this was shipped and received in a matter of weeks. However, the replacement plaque was gold on black instead of the original request of silver on black like his other plaques. But at this point I’m just grateful to receive the plaque. Lessons learned will request for tracking even if I have to pay for a little bit more. Despite this setback this is an honest to goodness good store. I’ve ordered my sons plaques here for three years straight and I reckon to continue to do so in the future.
