My name is Hayley Jae and this is my ETSY shop, I hope you have a great time and enjoy your stay.

Payment is accepted through Pay Pal.

Payment is required within 48 hours of purchase otherwise order will be cancelled.
I am happy to say I ship WORLDWIDE!!

Purchases will be shipped to your etsy address (please ensure that if this is not the address you are wanting delivered to, write in the instructions section of the correct postal address).

Australian Buyers - shipping will be standard mail via Australia Post and should arrive within 1-4 business days depending on location.

International Buyers - shipping will be via standard air mail and should arrive within 1-2 weeks depending on location. Customs/Duty fees are at your own cost.

Prices do not include insurance or express postage, if you are requiring either of these services fees are at your own cost.

If the items don't arrive within the expected time frame please email/message me so we can see what can be sorted out. Once items have been shipped they are in the hands of the postal system so we can not be held responsible for missing items.

NOTE: Custom orders may take up to 3 days longer, I will send message as soon as item is posted. Any questions please send me a message.
Refunds and Exchanges
I make every item by hand and ensure that it is the best quality, if I find that it is not made to 100% perfection I do not sell the item. I put my heart into every piece I make. In the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with your purchase please let me know (conversation through etsy) so we can come to a mutually satisfactory resolution.

A refund will only be given after all other options have been explored and once the item has been returned to me in an undamaged, original state.

There is no refund for custom orders.

Please choose carefully as I can not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
