Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Brooklyn, New York (USA) with tracking provided.
How fast will my order ship?
Some pieces are ready to ship and go out in 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items are crafted in 5–7 business days before shipping. Tracking is always provided.

Yes. If you need your order by a certain date, please message me before you purchase. I’ll let you know what’s possible based on my current schedule, including priority making (when available) and/or upgraded shipping, so you can choose the best option for on-time delivery.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom requests are welcome. I can often offer limited options such as a color choice from available yarn, a small length adjustment, or a gift note. Please message me with your needs and deadline, and I will confirm what is possible and the cost.

Measurements are listed in each item description (length/width for scarves & wraps, and fit range for hats). If you’re unsure, message me. I’m happy to help you choose the best fit.
What materials do you use?
I work with premium natural fibers, including merino wool, suri alpaca, and silk blends. Each listing includes the exact fiber content. These yarns are chosen for their softness, warmth, beautiful drape, and timeless look.
Care instructions

• Hand wash gently in cool water (wool wash recommended)
• Do not wring; press out water with a towel
• Lay flat to dry and reshape while damp
• Store folded to help maintain shape

Your order is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If it’s a gift, you can add a gift note at checkout (or message me), and I’ll include it.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted according to my shop's policies. Please contact me within the timeframe specified in my policies, and keep the item unworn and unused in its original condition.
Custom or personalised orders are not returnable.
