We ship to PAYPAL ADDRESS ONLY, unless you CONTACT HAZELMOONFLY and specify otherwise. We appreciate IMMEDIATE payment, but will give you up to 2 days to complete your Paypal payment before we must cancel your transaction, leave feedback, and relist your item(s). Typically, if you haven't paid immediately, we will convo you. If we do not get a response within the 2 days from purchase, we will cancel your sale and leave negative feedback.
Once Paypal payment is completed, your beautiful Hazelmoonfly items will be coming your way in the mail.
We ship FIRST CLASS USPS in padded mailers or heavy duty boxes.
We are not responsible for any damage incurred after bows have shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have left our posession via the post.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item, let us know and we will adjust the item to meet your specifications. Or we will gladly reimburse you the purchase price of the item, not including shipping, upon receipt of the unused item.
