My goal is to have happy customers!
I will do everything I can to make each transaction a happy one. I'm friendly, accommodating and prompt with replies - so feel free to converse with me at any time.
My preferred method is Paypal. If you are having trouble with your Paypal account after you have committed to buy (it has happened to me in the past!) just send me a message letting me know when the payment is likely to come through.
I also accept credit cards, cheques/checks and money orders.
I will post ready to ship items within 24 hours of payment clearing, except for weekends, when I will post on a Monday morning.
I will ship all items by Royal Mail UK. I get my shipping costs from the Royal Mail website. If you believe that my shipping cost to your part of the world is wrong, I can check at the post office and change it accordingly on your invoice. Shipping times will vary depending on where you are in the world. I can add a full world tracking service to any order for $9 USD (please message me if you would like this service addes)
If you would prefer your item to be sent by courier, please let me know before you send payment and I will find out the extra cost to add to your invoice.
All my items are sent with postal insurance.
If you have a different address on your Etsy account and your Paypal account, please send me a message confirming which address you would like me to post to.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take the utmost care with every one of my pieces, and I want them to arrive in perfect condition for you.
If you are not completely satisfied, I will refund or exchange your item - just get in touch and we'll work out the best way to fix any problems!
If you are sending back an item, I ask simply that it gets back to me in the state it arrived with you. I take great care with packaging each piece, I ask that you do too. Please make sure any return is unused (apart from trying on, of course!) free from damage, smoke, make-up etc.
If your piece arrives damaged, please send me a picture of how it arrived with you. I can send replacements when I receive and review the pictures.
