I’ve been expecting my item to arrive between 3-5 days but it’s been almost 3 weeks and the item has not arrived.

Brought a jar last year it was amazing!!! This time around not so much very disappointing, the product wasn’t whipped properly so it wasn’t smooth- chucks of Shea butter are so annoying Contacted seller refunded £2.50; really don’t care about refund just wanted the same quality I had last time Such a shame as it’s actually a great product.

Made my hair boucey and really soft. Will buy again and try another scent for my next one xx

Just started using the hair oil and it’s a great consistency when warmed up.

Amazing product my hair feels different after two washes

This came so quickly and they are really good quality! Goodbye towels and t-shirts hello real cotton hair cloth which completes my hair care. Watch this space 2019 my hair is going to level up!

I’ve just ordered my 3rd tub so that speaks volumes! The 1st tub admittedly I found the product did not melt well enough in my hands to then apply to my hair so was not 100% satisfied but I persevered (because natural ingredients in a product can do this). But the 2nd tub was amazing from my first use, it melted in my palms quicker and applied to my hair beautifully as I did the LCO method. My hair stays moisturised for not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 or 5 days wow!!! Especially in this cold weather! My type 4b/c hair loves this product it really does and I will continue to purchase and tell my fellow naturals about it...if there was one improvement to the product I could suggest would be to reduce the slight grainy texture so that it melts that much easier in ones hands but other than that, I happily give it 5 stars!!!
