Refunds and Exchanges
I do not issue refunds due to 'buyers remorse'. It doesn't cover the work I've done as I typically start creating your FeltLing immediately, even if it's just dyeing the required wool. It is also not fair to my other customers as I've started creating your item -- this takes time away from creating other FeltLings. If you insist on a refund, you will receive a partial refund -- your total MINUS $75, as this will go to the time and material investment in your item.
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS -- Current orders are taking 3-6 weeks to fill due to PREVIOUS commissions. Please be patient with me and understand that creating something for you might take a bit longer than expected. At this time, I can't guarantee a time frame, but I will give you an idea of how long. If you are wanting something for a certain time, I can do my best to accommodate your request, however; I can't put off previous placed orders. It's just not fair to my customers. I do hope you understand. Thank you for your interest!
