Frequently asked questions
Sizing Details
Please be aware that no refunds or replacements can be given for items that are 'too big' or 'too small' - please use the sizing charts provided to ensure that your item fits correctly. We provide picture color swatches on each item, however, due to the difference in screen settings, these should only be used as a guide to the color of the item. Colors may vary. All models and mock ups are are used to show how the design can look on and be worn. The images should not be used as a guide to how a garment will fit, or how it is cut.
Returns / Refunds
For Hygiene reasons we do not accept returned garments. Refunds will only be provided if the product received is incorrect from the order placed, and we cannot provide a replacement. Must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item. / Please keep in mind that this is a local small business, and we will do all we can to help you, and because of your support we are here.
Shipping / Production Time
It is important to understand the difference between production time and shipping time. It may take approximately 14 business days for us to process and fulfill your order. We use USPS for our shipping services and each order comes with a tracking number.
International Orders
Important information for Customers outside of the USA:
We are happy to ship overseas, and love that our products reach all over the world, however, please be aware that once your item leaves our facility, we are at the mercy of the shipping service. We have no control over the time this will take, or any additional fees that may be payable when it reaches your country. When placing your order, you are accepting that there may be local taxes / customs fees / duty payable to your country which are your responsibility. You are also acknowledging that any delays in receipt of your item due to carrier issues or customs control are not the responsibility of Heart Song Road.
