If you need to cancel an order please contact me as soon as possible. I will be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund as long as you contact me within 48 hours from ordering.

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work as intended then please contact me to arrange a refund or replacement.

I post all my orders using Australia Post and will have your item shipped on or before its scheduled shipping date. In the off chance this isn't possible I will do my best to contact you at the earliest opportunity and have your item shipped to you A.S.A.P

I copy the addresses straight from your order invoice (how you entered it) if you notice this address is incorrect, please let me know A.S.A.P so I can make a private note on your order to ship to the correct address. If for some reason the order is returned to me because the address given at the time of purchase was incorrect, postage will need to be paid again before we re-post the order. If the address provided is incorrect (or an old one) we cannot be responsible if the order goes missing. In the highly unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive at all, we may offer a full refund less postage or a replacement.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS | Delivery within Australia usually takes 2-7 days from the date of postage.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS |
International orders are sent via standard AIR MAIL and take approximately 7-20 business days to arrive, as I'm posting from a rural area. Australia Post state that this estimate may be longer depending on your location and customs. Standard airmail is an UNTRACKED service, as tracked international postage is expensive and starts at $15AUD.

Orders will be sent using the best postage available for the postage paid.

For example, a larger order over 50g and under 250g with postage paid of $17 or over will be sent via Registered Post International Prepaid envelope.

An order over 250g with postage paid of $23 or over will be sent via Pack and Track international.

Buyers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may be incurred. For packages containing items other than paper/printed matter, I am required to attach a green customs form stating the contents and value of the items.

Some international orders have taken two months to arrive. If your order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks of business days (not including weekends/public holidays) I will consider it lost in the mail and can issue a refund or replacement.

# My order hasn't arrived yet, can you please provide me with the tracking number?
I post using standard shipping via airmail through Australia Post which is an untracked service. It is expensive to post via registered post internationally but I have done so when people have requested and paid for this option.

# Because it is 'Made to order' can you please customise some tattoos for me?
Unfortunately, I'm not able to offer custom tattoo orders at this time. It's a time-consuming process and I don't have the resources to offer this just yet. I can offer custom sets where you choose the tattoos you would like in your pack from all the designs I have on offer :)

# Can I place a wholesale order?
Yes, you can :) I would love that and offer a number of ways for tattoos to be wholesaled. Please send me a message and we can go from there.
