Welcome to my shop and thanks for visiting! Here are a few policies I have: Most of my products will be ready to ship within 1 day of ordering. But if it is a custom order, I may need more time. You may contact me about the progress of your order at any time.
I currently accept payments from PayPal. Please also note that I will not send off any of my items until I receive payment.
I will ship your package via USPS first class mail with a delivery confirmation slip within 1 day of receiving payment for your order. I cannot ship on Saturdays and Sundays as the Post Office near me is closed those days. All items will be shipped in a cotton lined jewelry gift box inside a bubble mailer.
**Please note that I will not ship any of my items to Italy due to strict USPS shipping policies, unless you wish to pay for priority international shipping.
A note about international shipping: All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer! And I will not check "gift" on the customs form for your package. That is illegal.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do hope that you will be truly satisfied with your order, but in the case that you are not here are my policies. Should you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact me within a week of receipt of the item. I will refund your payment via paypal. Returns must be in new condition. I cannot accept returns on custom orders. Unfortunately, I cannot refund the original shipping fee and it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the shipping to return the item to the seller for a refund.
