This item, I just received it today after a month and a half from USA to Europe, but it meets the expectations I expected, it smells very good, I really like its base notes, it matches the description, and it fixes very well on the skin. its scent conveys boldness and tranquility. I like it.

The maker has been vigilant in following up. I would buy it again, of course, but now I know I have to wait a while to receive it. Thank you

Personally I’m not a fan of the smell, it’s kinda a nutty vanilla smell but overall it does it’s job! I like to dab a dot or two and layer it with another light perfume

shipping took a little longer due to the way covid has effected the time goods ship in, but It was worth the wait. I ordered two different scents and I love this one the most out of the two.

Due to delays and supply interruptions caused by COVID-19, some orders may be delayed. Additionally, USPS has been delayed in their shipping and in updating of tracking, which we have no control over. This applies to orders shipped in the USA and international orders. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding during this unprecedented time!
How is your shipping costs calculated?
Our shipping prices are calculated by USPS via Etsy, with allowance for materials and packaging. For small items such as oils, First Class postage is an option for single items. For everything else we only ship USPS Priority to ensure items arrive swiftly and in the best condition.
How long until my item ships?
Generally, items are shipped out within 7-10 business days, depending on the item. Etsy provides a ship-by date timeframe for each item upon purchase, however, as all items are handmade this sometimes may vary.
We also take into account factors such as weather. During the summer months, we do not ship candles if the temperature is forecast to be over 90 degrees. In the cases of extreme weather, items will ship out as soon as safely possible to prevent items from being damaged or destroyed. We are located in the Midwestern United States and subject to severe winter weather at times as well which may cause delays.
Can I get a refund on an order if I change my mind or ordered the wrong item?
As stated in our Shop Policies, we do not allow order cancellations or refunds. If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
If the wrong item was ordered, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of the order being placed. While we cannot cancel an order, we are happy to work with you to make any changes or adjustments to make sure you get what you need.
Some order changes may incur additional costs. We will always await approval before finalizing any changes. Any other order issues will be handled on a case by case basis.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?
If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. In order to process a claim we will need photos of the damaged item(s) and photos of the outside of the box (even if the box doesn't appear damaged).
Once we have filed a claim with USPS, if the claim is approved, then we can either process a refund (minus shipping) or ship out a replacement to you at our expense, your choice.
In the unlikely event that the USPS claim is denied, then we will need the damaged items to be returned to us at your shipping cost. Once we have received the returned items, then we can either refund your original order minus the shipping, or we can send out a replacement at our expense.
Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes. We use the Etsy shipping system for all orders so you will receive notifcation and tracking information when your item ships.

In additon to Etsy and our physical retail store, we also offer wholesale and other online retail. ALL orders are produced, packed, and shipped in the order in which we receive them. Please refer to estimated shipping times provided by Etsy upon checkout.
