Heartmade Cottage

Ever since I remember I have drawn, painted, sculpted, modelled, sewn and built things, making stories up as I went along, from cute animals adventures comic books to natural disasters around my amazing doll house all handmade by my father. I entered adulthood with my creative backpack and instead of becoming a doctor, as my parents wished, I went on to study Fine Arts. Today I am a wife to a talented musician (oh my poor parents!) and a mum to two wonderful kids. Trying my best to pursue my passion for drawing and grow my business from home, I'm hoping that one day I'll be able to put all my creative ideas under one roof of Heartmade Cottage.

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.

Cancellations
Please contact me asap and I'll be happy to discuss cancellation. In the case of custom orders I can only offer full refund before I start working on the project.

Returns
All items in my shop, with the exception of "ready to ship" section items, are custom made to order, therefore returns and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and offered at seller's discretion. Where a refund or an exchange is offered the item must be returned to Heartmade Cottage in perfect condition before the refund is issued, the buyer will cover all postage fees.

Delays
Please be aware that until your parcel is considered lost by the Royal Mail I will be unable to refund for delayed orders.
Payment
I accept credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods where available. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis so please purchase responsibly.

*Items shipped within UK are posted 1st class and normally delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders over £25 are shipped using 1st class signed for service; Wedding cake toppers and orders over £50 are shipped by Special Delivery as standard

*Items shipped to Europe are normally delivered within 1-2 weeks; wedding cake toppers and orders over £25 are shipped using tracked and signed service as standard.

*Items shipped overseas should normally be delivered within 2-4 weeks; wedding cake toppers and orders over £25 are shipped using tracked and signed service as standard.

Shipping upgrades are available for orders up to £25

The above time frames are what Royal Mail strives to achieve, but they rely on postal services around the world, which means that unfortunately they can’t offer a guaranteed delivery time, and they can’t compensate for delays or missing Track & Trace information. Please allow room for delays and be aware of customs which may occasionally hold your parcel for several weeks.

1.Information I Collect

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Object. Shipping

For shipping details please refer to my shop policies.

As a guide, for shipping outside the UK you have to allow at least 6 weeks. That includes min 4 weeks for processing and 2 weeks for the shipping of your order. However, be aware that I'm unable to guarantee delivery times, and on occasions delivery outside the UK can take up to 4 weeks.

Expedited shipping with guaranteed delivery date by courier is available at extra cost, please message me and I'll be happy to discuss details.

Care instructions

All items in my shop are carefully sculpted in non-toxic polymer clay and baked, they are safe to use on cakes. The figurines are waterproof, so you can gently wash them in cool water with mild soap. If you need to repair your figurine, you can do so with super glue, alternatively contact me to arrange the repairment with me.
