My name is Angela, and I am a native Philadelphian who absolutely loves to knit and crochet! Everything you see in my shop was hand made by me.
I believe that when you find something you love it becomes a part of who you are when you wear it. I've had pieces in my wardrobe that I wore endlessly, seen shirts that reminded me of my friends, and it's made me understand what it can be like to wear something you truly love- it's almost like it loves you right back.
Please complete your transaction through Pay Pal within three days of ordering. If you cannot complete your transaction within three days, please contact me. If payment is not received and I have not heard from you, your order will be canceled and your item relisted. Please message me if you have any problems and I am willing to work with you as best I can!
If you wish to cancel your order once it is placed, please message me as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.
Orders shipping within the United States will ship via USPS Flat Rate boxes. I do ship internationally, but rarely use the flat rate boxes because of the fact that they cost so much more than it would be for me to box it myself.
If you feel that you need insurance, or would like me to use a specific shipping method other than USPS, or a different shipping speed, please ask me! I am more than willing to meet your needs, but please be aware that changing shipping methods may change your shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to feel confident in your purchase and happy with the item you receive. If you are not satisfied with your order, please message me within 30 days of delivery and I will do what I can to make it right. I do my very best to describe all items as accurately as I can, but please note that colors may vary by computer monitor. If you have any questions about color or measurements of a product, please ask before making your purchase and I will be happy to clarify so you know what to expect upon delivery.
If you'd like to return the item within that 30 day time period, I am happy to accept all returns of unworn items that still have the tag attached. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt of your return, you would be refunded for the cost of the item, less original shipping charges. If there was an error in my listing, please let me know when you contact me to make the return request and I'll do my best to make it right.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, I would consider this to be an extenuating circumstance. Please message me in that case and I will do everything I can to rectify the situation.
Additional Policies and FAQs
To request a custom order, please send me a message, or click the "Ask a Question" button on an item you like if you'd want to request a similar product in a different color or size - either contact method is fine.
After we settle the details, I will create a reserved listing for your order. I require a 10% deposit on all custom orders. This saves me from planning, designing, and creating a piece, only to end up with no reply after the piece has been finished!
Custom orders can be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. Cancelations beyond 48 hours can still be accomodated, but your deposit will be forfeited.
If your order has already shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.
