Announcement    Welcome to Heartwood Wands! Our new batch of birch wands is now posted! They're selling quick, so be sure to snag one before they're gone! I try to restock most of my wands once a week, so if you miss this batch, I will always have more!


POSTAL DELAYS: Please be aware that, due to the pandemic as well as high parcel volume, shipping has been taking longer than usual on USPS's end. This is both a domestic and international shipping issue. If you are ordering with a deadline in mind, please do so with caution! Etsy's automatically calculated ETA does not take postal delays into account, so please please do not take the given estimated delivery date as a guarantee. I have no way of altering these ETAs, so please know that your package may arrive after that date. I am not responsible for shipping delays once packages are in the hands of the postal service, so please do keep that in mind when you place your order. Packages have also been lacking tracking updates lately due to USPS neglecting to scan parcels at many sorting centers, especially in my region. Please know that, even if your package's tracking is not updating past the 'pre-transit' or 'package acceptance pending' status, it has indeed been sent out on time and is making its way to you! Not all areas are having this problem, but my postal region definitely is. If you suspect there is a real problem with your package, please don't hesitate to reach out! I don't track each individual package I send out so there is no way for me to know about a shipping issue unless you let me know. Thank you so much for your understanding!


CUSTOM ORDERS: Although I will still be making random wands and pick-your-wands all year round, I am no longer taking fully customized made-to-order wand requests for the next few weeks. I am so sorry for the inconvenience! Being a one-woman show, high order volume has made it virtually impossible for me to put aside the time to create these custom pieces. I expect to start back up on custom orders in February 2021 at the earliest. I am so sorry for the inconvenience! Again, I will continue to create my signature Random Wands as well as my Pick-Your-Wands, and I do my best to post new batches once a week, so please feel free to browse what I have in stock!
