Welcome to Heartwoods! 💖🌺
We are a handmade kink toy and custom bondage furniture company based out of a community-focused dungeon and educational space in Asheville, NC.
We've been making custom lifestyle creations since 2007, starting with total home dungeon upfits and the infamous LFP (LeFleur-Proof) unbreakable steel St. Andrew's Cross.
Our founder is Naughtia LeFleur, of Naughtia's ToyBox and LeFleur Productions, an extreme S&M and bondage player.
Our core team is made up of Naughtia LeFleur and Mistress Mercer, with support from various members of our polycule and local community.
Mercer is a lifestyle Sadist, leather fetishist, FemDom artist, and full-time Mistress.
She's also our marketing and social media manager (hi!!!)

Custom and personalized orders
We have set prices for all of our toys based on material and labor cost, so the price of your custom piece will be dependant on your specific request.
We accept a non-refundable 50% deposit in advance for all custom requests, as this allows us to order any necessary materials and to plan around our available stock.
Our current turnaround time for custom items is 2-4 weeks.
Returns of completed custom items will not be honored after shipment is complete. Modifications to completed items, either before or after receipt, can be performed for a nominal fee. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping.
