Welcome to Heavenly Bowtique, the place to find all those cute accessories to make your angel feel special.

I am excited to be opening my new shop. As a mom of 3 beautiful girls, I have been making girly items for years now. Although being a stay at home mom is something I love, I needed an outlet for myself and since I've always found that most people appreciate personal quality handmade gifts, I decided to open up my shop. Handmade gifts always seem to express that a little more thought and love went into each and every item.

All my items are hand created. I believe in giving you only the best, that is why I only use best quality materials for best results and since attention to details is no little thing, I seal all my ends to prevent fraying of my bows and also hand stitch them for stronger hold and quality. Each piece sold comes attached to your choice of clip; I especially love the partially lined alligator clips because they are interchangeable and can be worn on just about anything.

I create in a 100% smoke and pet free environment. Please note that I will never ship or sell merchandise that I wouldn't put on my own girls!!!

Payment Methods ~ PayPal, Money Orders, Personal Check. Item will not shipped until payment is received and cleared.

Terms ~ Payment must be made within 2 days of placing the order. If payment is not received, the order will be cancelled and item will be relisted.

Cancellation Policy ~ Cancellations allowed within 24 hours after order is placed. After 24 hours, NO REFUNDS will be given.
Shipping
We ship all of our items via USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail is available for an additional charge. If you prefer any other shipping method, please contact us at heavenlybowtique [!at] hotmail.com

International Shipping ~ We ship internationally using the USPS, please email us at heavenlybowtique [!at] hotmail.com for shipping estimates. We are not responsible for any custom fees.

Insurance ~ Insurance can be added to your packages at your request. Please note that this additional cost is not included in the shipping rates and will be invoices separately.

***PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT HAVE INSUFFICIENT OR INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES. Refunds and Exchanges
We strive for customer satisfaction and want your experience with us to be the very best! If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us and let us know what the problem is so we can resolve it.

Due to the fact that our items are handmade and custom made we do not accept returns, we can however remake some items to your satisfaction (items not eligible for remake are tutu's, screen printed items and all of our embroidered items).

In the event that you are not satisfied with an item, the customer has 3 days from receipt of item to contact us and get prior authorization for return of such item; customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If the return is approved, items must be unused and in the original package with any and all tags attached.
