Divinely inspired - divinely priced products

I began this shop back in 2006 when I could not find a reasonably priced spinning wheel. I knew there were other folks like myself out there that wanted to spin on a wheel but couldn't afford it. So Heavenly Handspinning was born of our desire to allow more folks to spin without breaking the bank. We develop innovative and beautiful products that anyone can afford.

Payment
Paypal, Etsy direct checkout, check or money order (please contact me first) are accepted payments. Remember you can make payments with a credit card thru Paypal without having a Paypal account. Payment is due in full when your order is placed. Each item is custom-made at the time your order is placed with Heavenly. It takes approximately 7 - 10 business days to complete orders for shipping. If you choose to cancel an order, please contact me immediately before shipping is made.
Shipping
Shipping info:

Each item is custom made to order, at the time of purchase. This allows for quality and a truly one of a kind item. Customers can even have some items personalized.


All items ship within 7 to 10 business days of payment unless something is completely out of my control - like a federal holiday and then it will ship the next business day.


Shipping is via USPS Priority, First-Class and/or Parcel Post. UPS Ground is also used. If you need an item more quickly than allowed above, please contact me directly to see if we can make an exception for your need. I always try to make exceptions if at all possible :o) Items come with the standard insurance provided up to $100 by UPS and/or USPS. If you desire more insurance coverage, please contact me and/or pay the additional costs associated with the insurance.


Return policy: Item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was sent out to customer in, within 7 days of receipt of them item, by the customer/purchaser, at the address customer has given for shipment of the product. Meaning for example, you receive an item on May 10th, you decide them item does not work for you, that item must be in the mail one or before May 17th.

Purchase price only will be refunded, minus any Etsy fees that are not returned to me (the seller) by Etsy for cancellation of the order. No shipping charges due from the sale and no shipping charges from the return of the item to Heavenly. Please remember, we are a small business in the US, a mom n pop store if you like, and we can not afford to hand make products, and then pay your shipping charges, to you and back to us, simply because you have decided you do not like an item.

Returning an item because you do not like it, is honestly not a valid return. We will still take the item back, but once again, we do not return shipping charges to you or back from you to us.


If there is a manufacturing or workmanship error, we will completely take care of that problem, at no cost to you, for the first year that you own the product from your original purchase date. If you resale your product to someone, the warranty will not transfer unless permission from Heavenly Handspinning as been given in writing.


If you drop your product or your child drops your item, or your husband or your pet, :o) we will be glad to help you. And again you will only pay for shipping if need be, and parts. We will cover any and all labor involved in restoring your item(s).

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item(s) are damaged by the shipping company, HeavenlyHandspinning IS not responsible for their damage. We do an excellent job in packaging our products for shipping but sometimes the shipping carriers are needlessly irresponsible with items. We only provide the standard amount of insurance coverage provided by the carrier. If you desire additional coverage, you must contact Heavenly and pay the additional fees associated with the insurance coverage.
