When paying through PayPal I ask that you make the payment at the time of purchase.


Credit Cards
You can also choose to pay with a Credit Card via PayPal even if you have not registered with PayPal. In this case select the 'Pay with PayPal' option at checkout and follow the instructions for Credit Card Payment.


*If the payment hasn't been paid or I have not heard from you after 3 days of making the purchase the sale will be cancelled.
Shipping
SHIPPING

We ship everywhere in the world!

All orders paid for with PayPal will be shipped to the address registered to that PayPal account. Please ensure that shipping addresses are correct and up to date. If it is incorrect please contact us asap to notify us of a change.

If the address given at the time of purchase is incorrect and you have not contacted us before the items have been shipped then we will not reship the items or refund your order.

If you need us to send the items to a different address then please get in touch as soon as order has been placed.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment (next business day). The shipping charge includes not only the postage cost, but also the packaging (bubble mailers, plastic bags, etc.). We ship both nationally and internationally.

5-10 Business Days. Speed of delivery is not guaranteed but is an estimate of how long it will take to be delivered.

Europe
3-6 Business Days. Speed of delivery is not guaranteed but is an estimate of how long it will take to be delivered.

5-10 Business Days. Speed of delivery is not guaranteed but is an estimate of how long it will take to be delivered.

*Also note that outside of the estimated delivery times I have given there may also be delays due to customs which is outside our control. All packages will be labelled accurately to minimize delays as much as possible.

TRACKING

All items are shipped with regular airmail from the UK using Royal Mail. Tracking is not included in this service method. If you require tracking please contact me for info


RESHIPPING + REFUNDING

We will reship or refund orders if the package has not arrived within 10 business days out of the above guidelines (eg. 20 business days to the US).
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS

I am confident about customer satisfaction, however if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact me immediately so we can remedy it. If the dissatisfaction is due to my error (ie. wrong item shipped or item missing), you can return for a full refund or we can arrange an exchange.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns/exchanges are also accepted for other reasons, the main thing is to contact us asap so that we can work it out. If the items received are not what as expected we accept returns up to 6 weeks after purchase, shipping to be paid by buyer. If the error is on our part the shipping will be included in the refund.
