I want my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy, please contact me immediately so we can discuss a resolution. I will do my best to fix any issues or problems that you have with your purchase. However, if the item is as described and pictured, but do not fit your child, a return is at my discretion. PLEASE take your child's measurements before purchasing.
I ship items as soon as possible after payment is received and the product is completed (where applicable). This is usually a maximum of 2-3 days. All my shipping prices include delivery confirmation for domestic orders.
I always refund shipping overages if my estimate was incorrect.
