Need help finding, downloading your purchase?
All patterns are auto sent by Etsy as soon as payment goes through however sometimes there seems to be a slight delay…. But never more than a few minutes. They also often end up in spam folders.

From a browser (not the app) you can find the file under your profile, then purchases.

Also, an email is sent with the link to download it. Try checking spam folders. The best way is to enter heidi [!at] snappy-tots.com in your email search bar. That way it will search hidden promo folders as well.
