I cannot praise these kits enough - easy to do, look great, and I had no problem ordering additional yarn when my cats grabbed some. This is my second (but not last) kit. Love these.

I accept PayPal for all items.

I will also accept personal cheques with prior notification.

If you have placed an order for an item that is to be made to order, then I will ask for a 30% deposit at the time of the order and will require payment of the balance prior to dispatch. If an article is to be made to order and the order is cancelled, I will refund the deposit if the cancellation is within 4 days. Otherwise I reserve the right to retain the deposit.

All import duties are paid by the purchaser in the country of purchase. (These vary from country to country and are often not predictable before shipping.)
I will aim to ship all items within 3 working days. If this is not possible due to severe weather, illness etc. I will contact the buyer as soon as possible to give an approximate date of dispatch.

All items include postage and packing as standard. If you need Express Shipping, Insured Shipping or any other special delivery, then please contact me for a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will refund the full cost excluding the return shipping fee for items that are returned because they are not to the buyers taste. For returns due to faulty workmanship or not fit for purpose, then I will refund the full cost including the return shipping fee.
All refunds will be issued on receipt of the item when returned.
If there is a problem with an item, please contact me in advance of returning.
I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. I will do my best to help track items down and recommend recorded and/or insured delivery if this is likely to be a problem. Reliability of postal services also varies from country to country and may be advisable in some instances.
